Since a certain Rocket League updated rolled out last week, players on the Nintendo Switch have noted the disappearance of split-screen multiplayer.

It’s got a lot worried over on social media – with many wondering if it’ll even return to the Switch version. There’s no need to panic though, as it appears to be an issue on Psyonix’s end. How do I Play Rocket League in Split-Screen on Nintendo Switch?

Split-screen mode is currently unavailable for Nintendo Switch. We are working on resolving this issue.

So there you go – it’s returning at some stage. It’s not the only “issue” Psyonix is dealing with right now, either. Since the game’s free-to-play launch and arrival on the Epic Store earlier this week, there have been ongoing server issues.
